InboxSquire is provided as private beta software, on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed.

Do not rely on InboxSquire as the sole system of record for time-sensitive, financial, legal, or safety-critical communications during beta.

You decide which inbox, if any, to connect, and which scopes to approve through Google's OAuth consent screen. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect that inbox.

InboxSquire suggests actions; you approve them. You remain responsible for the messages you send, the actions you confirm, and the automation rules you enable.

Connecting Gmail or Google Workspace requires explicit OAuth permission. Access is revocable by you at any time, from InboxSquire or from your Google account settings.

Destructive actions are not enabled by default and require your explicit configuration and confirmation.

Do not use InboxSquire to send unsolicited bulk email, to violate the terms of any connected provider, or for any unlawful purpose. InboxSquire is not a cold-outreach or email-marketing tool.

We may suspend access that threatens the security, integrity, or lawful operation of the service or its users.

We do not guarantee accuracy of classification, completeness of routing, uptime, or that any specific email will be surfaced or escalated. Use human judgment for important decisions.

We may update these terms as the product matures and will reflect material changes here. You may stop using InboxSquire and disconnect any inbox at any time.
